Property care

Every other week we will check the property. It will be a visual check of outside and inside the property.

We will turn on all taps, flush the toilet, shower etc to prevent any unwelcoming odour. Also to make sure everything is working properly.

After each check we will email you the property check-list with photos.

By request we can open windows to air our, turn on the AC/heatning etc.

We will assist with calling/booking a handyman, plumber etc if necessary. Make sure minor things are mended/working, or other issues that need access to your property.

If we need to meet up, pick up or leave keys etc. We will charge an hourly fee. We will also keep and make keys to your property.

We will also care for your keys and spare keys for your property.
