We offer what you need for your home
If you are on your way to visit your property, but haven't been in your property for some time. Or if you have had guests in your property and you would like your property cleaned. We can offer three cleaning packages.
Cleaning package 1
Book a "touch up" cleaning prior to your arrival. If you have not been in the property for some time this package offer the following:

Opening windows to air out the property.

Turning on the water, electricity, AC/heatning.

Wiping off surfaces.

Cleaning of the terrace/balcony.
Cleaning package 2
Arrival- and departure cleaning is an offer recommended prior or/and after you have had guests in the property.

Hoovering
-
Moping the floors
-
Dusting of the surfaces

Cleaning the mirrors

Tiles and surfaces in the kitchen. Including oven, fridge/freezer.

Cleaning of the bathroom; toilet, shower/bath, sink and floor.
Cleaning package 3
Once or twice a year, we recommed a thourough cleaning to keep the standard of the property:

Hoovering, inlcuding the floor lists, under sofas and other accessable surfaces.

Mopping the floors, under sofas and other accessable surfaces.

Wiping of all furniture, sockets, shelved, mirrors etc.

Full clean of the kitchen, inlcuding cleaning out the fridge, freezer, oven, draws, cupboards.

In the bathroom the cleaning will include as above and the walls, drainage, shower curtain

Cleaning of the windows, inside and outside on all accessable windows.
Extra offers

Key Services - We can store your keys, make new keys if needed. We can offer "Meet & Greet" of guests to an additional cost.

Gardening - watering and pruning of plants.

Pool cleaning - We offer pool maintenance. Price varies depending of the size of pool.
